What makes this place so special is how very ordinary it is. You will find the crowd more local than foreign - never a bad thing - and ordinary 'out for a drink and a good time' locals at that, not the fitze crowd. The owners try to make something happen every night, whether it's football on the television or impromptu drinking competitions. Big courtyard/garden terrace out back, and the house Oktoberfest beer is a bargain. Upstairs is Oktoberfest 2, which has another small terrace.

I was Old Town in Bucharest and I want to see a football game. I stop in Old City on Franceza 3 at Oktoberfest Pub, they have a huge terase, with TV, ceep beer and food. Was a perfect place to watch a game and drink a beer with friends. Also they have ceep and very good "mici", special roumanian desh For shore I will be back there.

I found here a place in which music and good mood is at home. The beer is cheap, and the food is OK. I like very much the beer in bucket... funny. Outside they have a nice terasa, where you can stay away from the sun. A place where I will come with pleasure.

If you want to drink a cheap beer, to eat good sausages and have a great time, if you want to listen good music and party with your friends, go to the Old Town in Bucharest, Romania on the Franceza Str no. 3, to Oktoberfest Pub. (another address for Oktoberfest Pub) Historical Center of Bucharest offers many attractions, but for those who want a cool atmosphere with beer and friendly people, Oktoberfest is the place that I sincerely recommend. Unique ... you can drink beer straight from the bucket, I've never met this before! I will come back there for sure!

Indeed Oktoberfest Pub is a bargain for any beer drinker. In my oppinion they have the cheapest beers in town. A draught of Skol is 4.5 lei but you can try the bottle too because it's no big difference for your pocket it costs 5 lei. I also enjoyed the non-filtred beer and it's 6 5 lei but the house beer Oktoberfest isn't bad either and it costs 5 5 lei. The most appealing to me was the meter beer and the bucket.
