This place is new, and it seems business is a little slow, so if you're serious about the delicate, nutritious cuisine from the land of the rising sun, this place needs your patronage. They also stock more sake than you can shake a chopstick at, easily the best selection in town. On our last visit, they bowed deeply as we left the shop, but it's Japanese food aficionados who should be bowing.
