The Four Seasons in Budapest offers 179 rooms, all furnished on the same theme, varying greatly in size and price, with river side rooms looking onto the Chain Bridge and Castle. There’s an Italian restaurant, a Café and a Bar, plus a top floor Health Club and Spa. Breakfast and VAT are not included in room rates but it is abundantly clear from the intricate mosaics, ornate stained-glass windows and period furnishings throughout that no expense was spared in faithfully restoring the historic Gresham Palace to its former Art Nouveau / Secessionist glory - following 60 years of near dereliction.
