The chair lift (or Floater, as it literally translates) is a great way to visit the Buda hills without too much effort. From there you can stroll through nature and climb up the Erzsébet lookout tower which provides stunning views of the surrounding hills. You’re also just a 20 minute walk from the Children’s railway, another ‘must do’ on a beautiful summer’s day. Take Bus 158 from Moszkva tér (Map Ref. E-2) to the end stop where you’ll find the chair lift station.
