The phrase cheap and cheerful could've been coined to describe this place. Szeráj is essentially a very large kebab shop offering an extended selection of Turkish dishes. Kitsch murals of Turkish sights adorn the walls and there’s plenty of seating. Despite the fact that most of the food is kept warm in the canteen’s buffet counter, it’s still very edible, reasonably priced - and extremely popular with all walks of life.
