The city's main cultural institution that organises concerts, exhibitions and film screenings, plus doing lots of behind-the-scenes work. The Orzeł Cinema was opened in 2012 and has since provided the city and the region with a schedule of independent and arthouse films, mainly Polish and European; tickets generally only cost 11-14zł.
