The island of Sainte Marguerite is just 15 minutes away from Cannes, and taking a ferry ride to the island is the perfect getaway for many visitors of Cannes. Hopping on a ferry is the cheap way, if not the cheapest, to see the island. This is the largest island of the Lerins and in addition to the stunning views of water surroundings, there are significant places of interest here; the prison where the Man in the Iron Mask was held, Fort Royal, and the Sea Museum.
