Church of St John the Baptist

  Church Street      +44 29 2039 5231     more than a year ago
There are only two medieval buildings left in the centre of Cardiff — the city castle, and this Grade I listed stunner. The Church of St John the Baptist was built in the late 15th century and has served the people of Cardiff ever since, both the God-fearing and those with a keen eye for excellent architecture. The tower is of particularly interest, as is the immensely detailed interior and spectacular stained glass windows.
