A vegan restaurant with some seriously good coffee to boot, Cascara is a popular spot with anyone looking for produce that is equal parts excellent and ethical. The organic juice bar is the best in town, and the staff might just take a similar title for themselves. The place is surprisingly large too, so don’t be afraid to wander around and see what awaits around the corner. Two thumbs up, and then some.
