The centre of Celje's underground nightlife - both literally and figuratively - the place attracts a younger alternative crowd that doesn't turn up in force till midnight or later at the weekends. In addition to already having some of the cheapest prices in town, they also offer nightly drink specials (usually some alcohol and juice combo) for a scant €1.20 a glass. Located around the corner from Narodni Dom, just look for the pack of youths smoking and pounding store-bought cans of local beer on the steps outside.
