We will always doff our collective cap at the originals, and Kolektiv will thus forever hold a special place in our hearts. This was the first place in Český Krumlov to take coffee seriously, to take a chance on quality in a rapidly-expanding tourist city that often played it safe, and boy is it reaping the rewards today. The walls are given over to local artists, engaging pieces of work that look down on tables full of coffee lovers and newcomers a like, all with the castle walls just a short stroll away.
