It might not be the most obvious tourist attraction in a city full of marvellous spots, but the sheer weirdo factor of the Romanian Academy Library never fails to enchant us. This could be the most architecturally intriguing library in all of Romania, as almost mechanic-style webbing envelops the outer walls of this building. It looks like nothing else. It might be the city’s most Instagrammable spot.
