Birin Winery offers an authentic Dalmatian wine experience with excellent local varieties like Debit and Babić in a relaxed family-owned setting. Wine tastings are highly recommended, but it’s best to book at least one day in advance. Visits are also possible outside regular working hours with prior arrangement and notice.
