There is one desk for information and tickets. The manned left luggage facility (no lockers) has the same working hours as the ticket office, price 5kn for the first hour, 1,50kn for each additional hour.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to leave our luggage at Makarska bus station. An older woman took our luggage but when we realized we had forgotten our receipt in our bag we asked to get our bag back so we could get it. She completely went crazy and threw our bags on the floor which is serious as we had delicate equipment inside of the bags. We were completely shocked over her behavior and asked to get our bag back which she first refused. It was only when we raised our voice that she gave back our bag.
