In the new VMD office block on the corner of Radnička and Vukovarska, this Chinese restaurant is pleasently clean and bright.The food is fresh, very tasty and light, portions are nice and big, and we were impressed by the fast and polite service.

Really great staff amazing service excellent food try the Duck on the hot plate clean good and spacious interior good prices. Mr. Chen is the place to eat at if you want the best (based on my experience) Chinese food in Zagreb. Make sure to get there at happy hour (usually 11am - 2pm) Big portions and whole meals for like 30kn

Really tasty food, nice prices, nice and fast staff, nice furniture, clean and well lit interior. I love the fact that it's located near city center and that it has big windows all around. I'm tired of underground places to eat/hang. Mr. Chen is definitely a place to visit and return often.
