The spa Hotel Belvedere is renown to be one of the most beautiful and prestigious buildings in Marianské Lázně. It was originally built as a two-storey spa hotel in 1838 by a prominent aristocratic surgeon, Dr. Tadeáš Klinger who was said to have practiced in the Monastery Teplá. The spa Belvedere Hotel went through several architectural renovations and in 1905, it gained the final „classical“ dressing of its facade.
