Pretty much everything in Olomouc is accessible by foot, and the excellent public transport system is also there for those spots a little too far away. Taxis are somewhat obsolete in town, but there are a small number of cars whizzing around the city. The usual caveats apply, but the quiet nature of the city means scams are rare.
