Museum of Torture

Honestly, at this point if you’ve seen one Museum of Torture, you’ve seen them all. Does that mean we no longer flinch at these medieval horrors? Far from it. No matter how many times we see the inventive ways people managed to get confessions out of the innocent, we continue to cringe at the suffering of both the individual and society as a whole. Still, it is all quite cool, isn’t it? The cellar houses a number of wax figures helpfully showing the instruments off, if your imagination wasn’t doing the work for you.
