Modern Czech and international cuisine served up in a lovely designer space. Esprit Orangerie is a decidedly different hotel restaurant, worthy of a visit even if you aren’t staying at the Holiday Inn. Czech specialties like beef and duck are beautifully presented; and their dessert chef obviously enjoys his job.
