Rightly renowned Slovak restaurant that is regularly filled with local politicos as the talented chef was employed by Havel. Small and many-roomed, U čiriny is a rambling grandmother’s house of a restaurant and the cooking is as tasty and homemade. Trademark haluška (goat’s cheese and bacon on gnocchi) is the arguably the best in town, the spicy chicken nuggets are a world away from fast food varieties and the whole experience has led to the necessity for reservations.
