One of Prague’s finest, and one with a Michelin star, La Degustation is for adventurous eaters who want to eat really old school Czech cuisine (like late 1800s), sourced straight from the countryside. There are two tasting options which differ daily and include a specially chosen wine for each course. The Boheme Bourgeoise includes six courses, while the Degustation du Chef has 11 servings. With only 40 seats, recommendations are strongly recommended.
