The cultural history of women in Denmark, all under one roof. There is a heck of a lot more to this than that of course — the Kvindemuseet is a rollercoaster ride through centuries of struggle and suffrage, the story of a maligned gender and their battle for respect. There are some seriously inspiring stories here, intricately detailed through a series of expert displays and exhibitions. There is also a cafe at the museum, which we’ll never turn our noses up at. The museum is free for visitors under the age of 18.
