The Royal Library - The Black Diamond

Danish Royal Library was constructed in 1999, and got its pen name thanks to the position and materials used to build this beauty. The black walls of the building reflect the water surrounding it and the sky above and give it a certain sparkle, just like a diamond. The library is a home to a great collection of books, papers, photographs but also, some rare manuscripts, available to only selected few who work there.
