At the northern end of town, Krenar Nurçe's family business Prodhime Tradicionale Përmetare produces delicious artisan gliko, jam and other local specialities. Visitors are welcome to watch the production process, see the mini-museum and sit in the quaint courtyard to sample the sweets before buying.
