This novel approach to dining works very well... choose exactly what you want to eat, even down to the spices and dressing on your food, then watch it cooked before your feasting eyes. Start off with little amounts at this 'all you can eat' affair, then become more adventurous with each buffet table visit. There's a relaxed atmosphere and free seating (Thurs-Sat has two sittings at 19:00 and 21:30), and children under six eat free up to 18:30 if dining with two adults. Vegetarians love it here, too, as they can simply swap the meat for tofu and add the same spices and dressings, and also get a free samosa or spring rolls starter. Handy tips about the spices and flavours are printed above the table to guide the cautious novice. Genghis Khan would approve.
