Although this theatre has only been open since 1987, it has had a very successful twenty years. Set amongst the area's antique shops, the Tivoli has blown away the cobwebs and attracted some of the world's top music acts. After surviving the property boom and re-opening in summer 2007, it is now completely refurbished and looking great. The theatre is upstairs with the music venue/club on the ground floor. There's also an outdoor area where marquees are erected for gigs. Spend an evening of culture upstairs then head down to the club for drinks and a chat.
