Echternach lies on the bank of the River Sûre, which forms the border with the neighboring Germany. It's a beautiful town known for its centuries-old dancing procession. The Benedictine Abbey and its museum, its four long wings built around a large square courtyard and is a home of the most important religious building -the basillica.
