Occupying some enviable real estate in what’s generally considered Eindhoven's new hotspot, the large Blue Collar Hotel at Strijp-S offers an unbeatable combination of industrial architecture and tastefully decorated rooms. The building and its restaurant/bar are crammed full of cheeky artefacts and souvenirs from around Europe and, best of all, Blue Collar provides rooms for all budgets. In addition to two suites and the Jacks Room, there are plenty of other options for travellers with less money to burn. If you don’t mind sharing a room with strangers, reserve a bunk bed in the hostel area that also offers a female dormitory. Although the building was once the main headquarters of electronics giant Philips, it's now a fun place to spend the night or to have drinks with friends.
