Although it's definitely not one of the cheapest Asian restaurants in the city, it's certainly one of the better ones. The interior is crammed full of all the usual Thai nicknacks, but thankfully the impressive menu is less predictable. Just bear in mind that the dishes with two or more red peppers truly are spicy and not meant for palates accustomed to bland cuisine. If you're into liquid meals, order one of the eight toms available, but if it's other refreshment you're after the Thai wines are also surprisingly good. Wash down a classic curry and steamed rice with a real Chang beer.
