Dik & Lang is the somewhat ambiguous name of this central french fries joint where Eindhoven's best, at least in our humble opinion, Fat & Long sliced potatoes are sold, but don't forget to try its signature homemade peanut sauce on the side. The only downside is that there's no seating to speak of inside, just two wooden benches on the porch. If you appreciate other deep fried snacks, then try the bami with kaassoufle. Muslim patrons will be happy to know that the chicken frikandel is halal.
