Visiting the Trafalgar Pub makes one feel as if they've just entered a famous opera house. Thankfully, the thick red curtains here are only designed to keep the elements at bay. Once inside, you'll be greeted by a world of warm British ambience where the central bar is long enough to seat a football team, or two. Order a pint of Cornet Oaked or, our favourite, a glass of Old Speckled Hen from the lovely ladies behind the bar. Mingle with the masses up front or elbow your way past the crowds to the back of the bar for a little extra space. Don't forget to grab a few wine gums on your way out, but make sure you wash up before you stick your hand in the bowl.
