Holland Expat Center South is a nonprofit governmental agency that helps highly skilled immigrants, scientific researchers and EU citizens and their families to arrange all the formalities required to settle into one of Eindhoven's participating municipalities. The Expat Center also provides practical information about housing, insurance, taxes and social needs, as well as fun topics such as culture and recreation.
