The full English breakfast must be considered one of God’s great gifts to the world at this point. Nothing blows away the boozy cobwebs like a plate of fried magic, and Elmer’s Take A Break Cafe probably cooks the best fry-up in the Welsh capital. Sometimes, you just need a plate of wonderful grease. There are other breakfast and lunch options as well, but we’ll stick with that fry-up.
