This coastal site was once a sunny resort designated for Soviet cosmonauts and scientists. Now it's a place where newly-built, sea-facing cottages (they call them 'apartments') are made available for guests in search of a nature getaway. Each of the attached units comes with two bedrooms, a kitchen corner and a terrace.
