Koht literally means ‘Place’ in Estonian and indeed this is a place - tiny as it might be. A smattering of intellectuals, foreigners, students and other random individuals seem to fill every nook and cranny pretty much every night they’re open. Pothouse, Koht's beer shop, is open daily from 10:00-22:00.
