Overtly geared toward tourists, the Monk's Cellar is essentially a basement bar turned upscale by the clever use of table linen and glasses. Meat and fish dishes are served up along with awful, saxophone versions of 70s hits. The salmon in foil was mediocre and the service indifferent.
