This place couldn't get any more French if it brought in a troupe of mimes. The popular, Town Hall Square establishment works as both a café and a restaurant, so you can just as easily pop in for a coffee and a look at the cake and truffle counter as you can slide behind one of the wooden tables for a full meal experience. The bouillabaisse has won praise, and you can opt for a warm salad if you want to skip the heavier meat dishes. Those who book ahead can dine in the adjacent Bel Ami room, which offers the same menu in more formal surroundings.
