Located in the wonderful Wales Millennium Centre, it is no great surprise to see that ffresh focuses its efforts on Welsh produce, recipes and ingredients. That isn’t to say that it is all about tradition, far from it in fact, as ffresh is a super stylish modern restaurant that just so happens to doff its cap to the country in which it lies. The sharing options are particularly excellent.
