Inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, it serves delicious vegan versions of Vietnamese classics, like spring rolls, Bo Bun and Pho, at reasonable prices. The food at La Palanche d'Aulac is absolutely fantastic. You will fall in love with their banana flower salad and mango salad, sprinkled with basil seeds.
