Located in an interesting area called Woodquay that is proving quite a competition for Galway’s Latin Quarter in terms of nightlife and eating out. Caribou is known as that chill place where everyone seems to know each other. Maybe it’s the fact that board games are the common activity here and a simple but downright delicious menu makes the collection of ales, stouts and lagers flow all the better and seem to bring luck to that dice.
