A new kid on the main block of Gdynia presenting a Scandinavian hipster flare, Hygge is a Danish word translates as 'Cosiness' in English. As a philosophy, subscribes to the importance of having a warm, comfortable space in which you should avoid the pressures of the outside world, appreciating the simple things and general mindfulness. With all that said, this café certainly hits the mark in terms of décor and comfort. Regarding the all-important cuppa, there is room for improvement in our opinion... but we must remember to appreciate having any coffee at all! Their menu, on the other hand, is much better. A gorgeous selection of cakes, ice-cream and gofry (waffles) really achieve the goal of quality in simplicity.
