Permeation — Continuation explores the creative ripple effect between master and student, placing the work of Maciej Świeszewski in conversation with artists who developed their voices under his guidance at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. Rather than a conventional retrospective, the exhibition traces how ideas evolve across generations, revealing influence as a living, two-way exchange. Alongside Świeszewski’s distinctive, symbol-rich painting—best known locally for his monumental Last Supper—visitors encounter works by prize-winning graduates and emerging talents shaped in his studio.
