For many Poles, Radmor is a name associated with hi-fidelity sound systems from the 1980s. For others, it's a reliable piece of radio equipment that connected Gdynian families with their sailor kin out on the Baltic. Existing continuously since 1947, the company - first under the name of MORS, then under the names of Unitra-Radmor and Radmor - is now a household name in the Polish communication industry. 50 years ago, you could find the Radmor logo in the scuba divers, in taxis, trains, police cars, scuba diving equipment and on the arm of navy and military personnel all over the country. Later, in domestic life, Radmor became a recognised brand amongst Polish audiophiles and, today, their 80s sound systems are highly sought after collector's items all over the world!

At the exhibition at the Gdynia City Museum, over seventy years of the history of radio communication, technology and industrial design will become the background for stories about people who built Gdynia's legend - the legend of Radmor, with their daily work.
