Hidden behind the Mercado shopping area, Knuth offers breakfast, lunch and dinner served by attractive, friendly staff. Patrons range from retirees working on crossword puzzles to hipsters taking a coffee break. The restaurant is large but seats can be scarce. A variety of soups and ciabatta sandwiches are worth a small wait, though.
