A fine example of Hanseatic Kontorhaus (trading house) architecture, Levante-Haus was built just before WWI by a local shipping magnate. Now completely renovated Levante-Haus has been transformed into a high class shopping centre complete with offices, restauarnts and the superb Hyatt hotel.
