Mangold sits at the entrance to Marktstrasse, one of Hamburg’s more retro shopping streets. The menu reflects the decor - simple and tasteful - and the prices are surprisingly low. More importantly, the restaurant’s glass front provides patrons a window to the colourful goings-on of the area.
