Huge and heaving, Phoenix features a cool lounge area on the ground floor and a dance floor downstairs. With lots of space, minimal soft seating and luxurious chandeliers, the effect they’re trying to capture is a house of fun for the 18-25-year-old crowd. Nights vary from Latino events to pure disco. Hardly sophisticated, it is at least lots and lots of fun.
