Sleek décor, crisp white linen, low lighting and clean lines add an air of sophistication without making you feel you have to sit up straight and whisper. Whisky cured salmon, wood pigeon and roast loin of venison are all on offer while an interesting green ginger poached pear cleansed the palate with a zing.
