Tucked away from the main streets, but easy to find with its deer-head logo, Bambi Deluxe Café is one of the top spots in Coolangatta (or technically speaking, Tweed Heads in New South Wales) to grab a cup of coffee and bite to eat. This is a serious coffee store that attracts serious bean hunters, but one that also welcomes the more casual drinker. Alongside the coffee there are breakfasts, lunches and snacks. It’s small, but there’s plenty of seating outside so you can enjoy the sun and watch the locals parade in and out of this no longer hidden gem.
