Situated in the Marriott in Surfers Paradise, the restaurant is renowned for its teppanyaki, where expertly trained chefs prepare food on a hot iron griddle right in front you. Ordering essentially comes down to choosing which Teppanyaki Banquet (ie combination of meat) you'd like to see sliced, diced, flipped and fried, all of which come with a full accoutrement of soup, rice, vegetables and more. If the meal is going on the company account, make sure to upgrade to one of the Deluxe Wagyu Banquets. Booking ahead is always a good idea.
